This relates in some ways to my passion for Dungeons & Dragons. During an adventure/game you might decide in a particular situation to try and bluff it out. Whether or not you are successful depends to a certain extent on a roll of the dice… however; there’s always an ‘however’, if your trying to bluff a huge bad ass Dragon, there’s a good chance your going to get crispyfryed or chomped. The hounds top of this post could probably be fooled by a Bluffed with a Masking spell and a bit of luck with the dice.

The D&D Dice come in all types of colours and materials but these are the standard type used in different areas of the game.

Boys get over yourselves, and girls if you think this is for Geeks only, or as one 13 year old daughter of a good friend told me; generally this is the age when they drive their parents nuts… “It’s Old” therefore there usless, well I haven’t finished with her, I’m gong to ambush her, I’ll ask if that means her mother is ‘useless’, are Teachers, Gold, Diamonds, Emeralds and Jeans with holes in them, which go back to the 60’s, are they too useless? If age is the issue then how come Jeans with holes are back in ‘fashion’, actually it wasn’t so much about fashion, it was because we loved them and had worn them to death.

How cool is this, a 5 year old girl playing a home made and truncated version of D&D with her parents and she is obviously totally absorbed in the game.

Back in an earlier life I worked as a Metallurgist/Engineer for companies that seemed to lack any imagination, for example some of these companies use to employ the tactic of bi-monthly Meeting/Drinkies to learn what was going on the ‘Shop-floor’. Being ‘management’ myself I actually spent a good deal of time with the Workers who came from all types of backgrounds, some actually had qualifications way above their status as ‘Workers’, in fact some were a good deal smarter than many of the ‘Bosses’, one in particular was from Afghanistan and he was also such a genuine decent human.

Some of the ‘Management’ on the other hand were out-right thieves and ignorant beyond belief, one such individual full of Bluff & Bluster was later responsible for the demise of a company of over four hundred employees. When I first spotted the insanely stupidity of what this individual had done, urgent action was needed so I attempted to notify upper management only to be told they were in a meeting, well I fixed that, I hit the ‘Big Red Button’ and brought the factory to a standstill. That brought the Managers out of the meeting, it was a Tuesday which probably meant they were discussing the up-coming Wednesday afternoon Golf game, something that I always managed to declined because I was too busy… I also, despite of the pressure to conform, never used the management toilets; though I did wonder if there was a male attendant dressed in a Tuxedo with a warm towel and perhaps even a brush in hand.

Anyway, the next thing I had four ‘Mangers’ yelling and screaming about what I’d done, after they left my Afghan friend who at first was too afraid to tell me what the NSW ‘manager’ had done; it was really stupid, I went back to my Lab, took out my personal diary and recorded the incident in detail as well as the Memos given to the four ‘Mangers’.

A few months later on returning from 6 weeks leave over Christmas/New Years I got a call from the CEO’s PA that he wanted to see me. This was kind of strange since it was 8:30 am and he was never at ‘work’ before 10 am. On reaching his office I noticed his PA was a little guarded; WTF, I was instructed to go right in and I was treated with ‘friendly’ how was your break; Warning, Warning, Warning Will Robinson!

Well after a bit of foreplay; he was about to try and screw me, he proceeded to ask me about my work and… duties. Mmmm, I smelt a rat. I explained what my duties were; which included keeping an eye on the Quality Control Department that had a ‘manager’ who out ranked me. Next thing he slides across a communication from one of our biggest customers detailing in depth the crisis. For a minute or I was confused; the incident was months ago and I’d just got back from 6 weeks leave, I asked if I could go down to my Lab and see if I could figure it out. This is where a proper diary comes in handy, the communication which I had been given and ordered to return in twenty minutes, had all the necessary data I needed… a complete account of what and who along with my Memo copy with the abusive responses, so I took the documents and Photo copied them all and decided to join the Workers in their morning Tea.

I was quite apparent that they knew that my head was on the chopping block, I assured my working friends; and later my opposite members and classmates at the two companies effected, that roomers of my upcoming demise were greatly exaggerated, and as the Workers left and the Staff members came in for their Morning Tea I thought that cup of Tea and that buttered Wall-nut bun was sooo good I’d joined them as well and assured them too that roomers of my upcoming death were greatly exaggerated.

Finally, about three-quarters of an hour later I arrived back at the CEO’s office; he was very much against the workers and Unions, so for a few minutes I let him believe that he had me cold, then I triggered the Trap gave him copies of my diary notes and Memos pertaining to the event, thanked him for his time and left to return to my Lab… six months later the company was finished… not because of the Workers but because of the Managers, this was the second time a company I worked for failed because of appalling ‘management’… it’s this sort of thing along with Political ineptitude and currying the favours of mining over manufacturing brought on by Highly paid stunt Linguist’s (Liars), that is, Politicians/Lawyers pretending they know better which is a total Bluff, the is a vast majority of Politicians/Lawyers have little or no Science training and most aren’t even good liars, it’s pathetic.

Lesson… If your are going to Bluff and ‘Roll the Dice’ don’t bet your Balls on it ScoMo.

In D&D the worst than can happen is you might have to Roll up another Character should your Character die and you will lose whatever you have accumulated with the now deceased Character, such as your Boots of Speed, your Ring of invisibility, your Ring of Resistance, your Cloak of Elvenkind and your much loved companion familiar Huge Alpha Male Wolf.

A good friend once said “Reality is for people who can’t handle Drugs”…. there may be some truth in that.

Now I have never seen any proof that Cannabis is Toxic, so I used his web-mail to point out that, basically I believed that what he said was BS.

I told him that if you dropped a 1 Ton bale of Cannabis on someone, it might kill them. I also suggested that if someone attempted to eat a kilogram of Cannabis, they just might choke to death, but no amount of Cannabis smoked; it’s better Vaped, could kill you, so why is it illegal? No one has ever died from this non toxic, naturally occurring Hemp plant, which has been used for something like 10,000 years… so he can stick that in his pipe!

A short time later I received a reply from Adjunct Professor John Skerritt, Deputy Secretary Health Products Regulation Group, of The Australian Government Department of Health. I, despite that lengthy title, was not impressed in the slightest, in fact, I regarded his reply as an insult. I personally believe he is guilty and that it’s utterly unbelievable that he had not been warned, possibly before the election, as for the victim Katy well possibly because of her age at the time of the rape and the severity and aggressive nature of that rape, meant it was hard for her to deal with it, there have plenty of such appalling cross-examining by defense Lawyers and it often starts with the Police not following obligatory procedures or their plain laziness which discourages I’m sure many Rape victims, as for Morrison and his daughters, would he doubt the same facts presented by one of his own?

I have a friend who was sent to an Allianz Insurance Company ‘independent’ medical examiner who actually had a ‘surgery’ in the Allianz Building, when he told me this I gave him my Dictaphone and told him to turn it on when he was called for and to notify the ‘independent’ medical examiner that he was going to record what was said in that examination, the doctor out right refused to let him so he left. Next thing he gets a phone call from Allianz saying he hadn’t attended the Allianz ‘independent’ medical examination, so on my recommendation he played the medical examination’s response his recording of the examination, they then gave him another appointment so I went along with him… to the displeasure of that ‘independent’ medical examiner.

Hears another strange Lawyer use of the English language, there are three separate Courts in order from the bottom to the top, District Court Judges, Supreme Court Judges and High Court Judges being at the top. The thing is The Dictionary definition of the Supreme Court is that it is the highest in rank or authority… ‘go figger it’?

But wait there is more, towards the end of this episode we find out that both the Federal Police and the NSW State Police knew about these atrocious facts and did not take action until after ABC’s 4 Corners episode… it’s seems writing out Traffic Tickets; a huge Revenue generator, and busting Cannabis users and growers, they are using bell jet rangers at a cost of approximately $1,599/Hour in my area 3-4 6 hour days to find cannabis. Ironically a Former police officer jailed for nine months for letting her boyfriend grow $40 MILLION worth of cannabis crops in her apartment and lets not forger the fact that Mark Standen a Former NSW Crime Commission Assistant Director busted over importing $120m Ice… I have absolutely no doubts that Speed/Ice is a scourge on society and possibly payback for The Opium Wars/Queen Victoria’s Empire a drug user herself… just putting it out there.

Cannabis crimes are in my opinion from pressure of Big Pharma; who for 50 years of BS about it’s dangers have given up and now are producing their substandard Medical Cannabis rubbish tell us that the dangerous Psychoactive components have been removed, then in virtually the same breath saying it may have uses in such cases physiological conditions as Depression which again is only a breath away from ” It’s Dangerous”… and of course the scum bag Lawyers and the ‘Security/Law & Order’ Police; many who themselves self medicate with Cannabis because the hypocrisy they are forced to live with… did I just wonder off topic, not really it’s all interrelated (The Law as apposed to Common Law and Justice).

Just yesterday I ran into a guy with one leg, he was a Local Farmer and we chatted for awhile, when I felt comfortable to ask him what had happened to his Leg he said, “I got a Staph Infection” apparently it was in a Canberra Hospital and in an attempt to cover it up they released him long before they should have, it turned out that the Hospital found out about the Staph Infection the day before he was hurriedly released in order to cover up the Hospital’s screw-up.

So here we are an honest working class Farmer; who had full medical cover, had been screwed by everyone including his own legal team, the insurance company and the so called ‘Independent Insurance doctors’, it was the Judge and everyone else involved that made a shit load of money, as for honest working class Farmer, well he got Jack Shit… this story is all too common.
